Apple has launched a series of sessions, consultations, and workshops for app developers around the world. These features are based on the company's regular WWDC seminars and recent App Store Expert Sessions.
The “Meet with Apple Experts” initiative, described as a “new global resource for the developer community,” combines online and in-person events. With over 50 sessions available immediately, developers can access deep dives on topics like iOS 17, iPadOS 17, watchOS 10, and visionOS.
Additionally, Apple has included sessions to help developers optimize their apps and games for the App Store. These sessions cover personalizing product pages, improving app discovery, leveraging in-app events, and improving customer acquisition through features like App Analytics.
One of the highlights of the initiative is the ability for developers to request a one-on-one consultation with Apple experts. These consultations can cover technology or design-related topics and provide guidance on application development and troubleshooting. Consultations are conducted online and are available in English.
To participate in these sessions and access resources, developers must be registered members of the Apple Developer Program or the Apple Developer Enterprise Program. Full session details, including dates and locations, can be found on the Apple Developer website.
It is important to note that certain sessions may be unavailable for registration or already filled due to limited capacity. Additionally, Apple is also offering Apple Vision Pro sessions, although in-person versions of these sessions have had limited attendance due to the Apple Park restriction.
